How is the price calculated?

The price of your clean is calculated based on the type of clean, square footage of your home, number of rooms and bathrooms, and any extra you have selected. All of our cleaners have been fully-trained ensuring the a professional and efficient clean!

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You bet! Life happens and we definitely understand that. You can cancel your booking within 12 hours by call or email. Please note that there is a $25 fee for cancellations made after 24 hours of booking.

Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Leave everything to us! Our cleaners are equipped with in professional equipment and supplies. This includes professional-grade vacuums, colour-coded microfibre cloths, mops, and buckets. For the safety of you and your family, we only use cleaning products that are green certified and eco-friendly. Our products provide high quality cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene solutions to help keep your home clean and healthy.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your credit will be charged the day of your clean and is processed safely and securely through Stripe.

Can we book the same cleaner for on-going cleanings?

Absolutely! You can choose the existing cleaner or a new cleaner. Every single Empire Facility Services Ltd. cleaner is vetted. They have in-class and hands-on training. Regardless of the cleaner you will always receive the same high quality clean, every time.
